RenewAire designed the EV Premium+ S energy recovery ventilator (ERV) for single and multi-family homes. The EV Premium+ S complies with 2025 California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Title 24, Part 6 Fault Indicator Display requirements. It offers an airflow range of 30–130 CFM and suits both residential and light commercial applications. Beyond its residential use, the EV Premium+ S carries a light commercial certification, and it could be installed in factory offices and apartment complexes.

Unit features include line-cord power, EC motorized impellers, MERV 13 filter on the outdoor airstream (available as an accessory), constant volume airflow setpoints, independent low and high/boost-mode speeds, filter and fault monitoring/indication. The EV Premium+ S also has one L-30-G5 core. The core comprises cellulosic-based material and doesn’t contain/use halogenated flame retardants or PVCs.

Available options and accessories include the user-friendly and interactive 4-inch Touchscreen Control+ (TC1+), countdown timer (LVCT), percent timer (LVPT), BACnet Fan Control, RH Electric Duct Heater, MERV 13 filters, and more.

CERTIFICATION

Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.
