Auer Steel is committed to equipping our contractors with the most up-to-date information in the HVAC industry. Our trainers bring decades of HVAC experience into our classes and share their best industry knowledge with our contractors. Each training class is developed out of the common questions from our Tech Support line, ensuring that we are providing you with the information you need to know. In addition to in-person classes, we have invested in a training platform called Brainier, which allows you to enjoy Auer Steel content at your convenience through our on-demand library, or you can sign up for live classes available offered throughout the year.
Cancellations & Changes
Please contact [email protected] regarding any changes, cancellations or additions to a training class. This ensures that all registered attendees will receive course materials and handouts. External trainers (such as BDR and Grandy classes) have specific cancellation policies and may differ for each class. Unless otherwise noted in the course description, you may cancel your reservation up to one week prior to the program without penalty. Anyone who fails to attend without cancelling will be liable for the total cost of the class.
