RenewAire’s EV Premium+ X energy recovery ventilator (ERV) is designed for residential and light commercial applications. The unit complies with the 2025 California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Title 24, Part 6 Fault Indicator Display and IECC 2024 ERV regulations. The EV Premium+ X has an airflow range of 100–390 CFM, making it an ideal solution for homes, factory offices, conference rooms, and break areas.

High-Performance Features

The EV Premium+ X streamlines operation with high-efficiency EC motorized impellers and line-cord power. To ensure air quality and precision, this ERV offers:

• Precision Control: Smart logic and constant volume airflow technology with boost-mode
• Advanced Efficiency: EC motorized impellers optimize energy use while providing consistent airflow
• Line-Cord Power: Simplify setup with the included line-cord power connection
• Superior Filtration: Improve air purity by adding the optional MERV 13 filter to the outdoor airstream

Eco-Friendly Core Technology

At the heart of the unit, the L-100-G5 core utilizes a specialized cellulosic-based material to transfer heat and moisture. RenewAire prioritizes safety and sustainability by ensuring the core contains no PVCs or halogenated flame retardants.

Customizable Accessories

Enhance your system with a variety of accessories, including:

• Interactive Controls: Touchscreen Control+ (TC1+), countdown timers (LVCT), or percent timers (LVPT)
• System Integration: BACnet fan control for building management
• Air Quality & Comfort: MERV 13 filters (for the outdoor airstream) and RH electric duct heaters

Award-Winning Series

In 2023, the EV Premium series won the TecHome Builder’s Brilliance Award in the Automated Ventilation Systems category for its innovative design and energy-efficient performance.

CERTIFICATION

Certified by ETL and the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) against standard CAN/CSAC439-18 for an industry-leading CFM/w and energy transfer effectiveness. Superior core flammability performance; passes UL-723 and UL-1812.

MAINTENANCE

RenewAire cores are easy to clean without removing them from the unit, and they never require washing. Annually, vacuum the four core faces using a soft brush. Inspect filters every 3 months and replace as necessary.

RELIABILITY

All RenewAire ERVs have an industry-leading 10-year structural and performance warranty for their static-plate core. In addition to the core warranty, all residential products have a five-year warranty.
